1. One day, I will hit Ben Steed with a frying pan. (it helps the FAIL in Blake's 7 that three of the worst offenders are written by the same idiot)

2. I have vague "Soolin and Jenna Stannis are members of Avalon's gang" ideas. (but that might be too many blondes at once. otoh, Avalon's a redhead iirc) I also have vague "Rescue goes a bit differently" ideas (I'm being vague, because even if it's been 28 years, it's still a spoiler and kinda unfair).

3. Re-writing season four, though. That's the challenge. Because the show isn't entirely sure what it is anymore, by then, so the episodes are even more all over the place than in three. But 'Traitor' would be a keeper, with the Pylene 50 sub-plot, and if I could figure out a way to make parts of 'Animal' less offensive, I might give it a go... (Assassin and Headhunter are no-brainers, because THEY ARE MY FAVORITE CRACK EVER [when I'm mouthing "She knows that you are very brave" along with Avon, there's possibly something wrong?])

4. I gave the first Eight and Lucie adventure a go today. I sadly think the change of tone (Blake's 7 to DW) was a bit jarring, unfortunately. I didn't enjoy it all that much, though managing to go all the way through it is a good sign. ALSO. LUCIE MENTIONS THE COAT AND ITS INDETERMINATE COLOR. *puts on tinfoil hat* It was a PMEB shout-out, dammit.

5. I managed some Sam Carter/Kara Thrace at the femslash porn battle. \o/ (also, the worst thing about poking old fic for inspiration is discovering things like: not finishing the Alphabet Soup challenge at femslash100) (also, also, starcrossedlure was created January of 2005. dear god)

6. I know, I know, I was done with Blake's 7, except I sort of want to write fic where Jenna is a viper pilot. (I'm enthralled with Jenna, Tarrant and Cally of Auron being PILOTS in BSG with the mockery and joking and obnoxious smugness that goes with it.)

7. Ahem. I swear I'll be over B7 soon. I just need to addict my brain to something else.
