ugh, Wednesday
Jul. 28th, 2010 07:35 am1. Saw Sherlock last night. ( vague spoilers )
2. In a week, I should know about the traffic court decision (they said three, it's now been two--if they could hold off two months...)
3. It's been a year since
musicforcylons passed away. I sometimes think of things I want to say to her, and I'm mournful about the Leverage she's missed.
4. Have vague thoughts on DW and Rory, but they're undefined as of now.
5. Covert Affairs: it was ok? Like a low-rent Spooks without the aaaaaaaaaangst, though Kari was awesome and so was Emmanuel Vaugier in her two-minute role. Though the lead's motivation is that her boyfriend of two days left her. Meh. (I keep seeing it compared to Alias, which is puzzling, but I guess they're both about female spies? Alias was like a really awful Charlie's Angels ripoff, though. At least the one episode of it I managed to endure)
Sadly, Drew Barrymore is not in either with red hair.
6. Rizzoli and Isles: billed as a cute buddy-cop drama, the pilot has some graphic "let's rape women" stuff in it which made me turn it off about twenty minutes in. If I'd wanted Touching Evil... I enjoyed some of it. Unfortunately, a large portion of the plot was laughably stupid and revolved around trying to seduce the randomly-inserted FBI guy. R&I were ok outside of that, though.
