The Brew has switched formats. It's now trying to be Kiss FM. wtf, 97.3, wtf.

The thing is, I remember when The Brew switched off from being whatever it was before (jazz, maybe?), and so this is sort of a milestone. I've been here long enough that a radio station has come and gone. How weird is that? (102.1's shenanigans don't count and Lazer 103 flipped before I moved)

It is at least nice to know I won't suffer that obnoxious morning show anymore. I bet they'll get a NEW obnoxious one.

You know what I keep forgetting to mention?

It occurred to me, the other day, that The Middleman is what would happen if Daria and Jane were living together after college and fighting crime.

Is hilarious. Especially since Nicola smacks Paul Darrow for us, at least once.

Also, apparently, they were all in Cinderalla as a panto together (er, some of the Who people). Nicola was Cinders, Jackie Pearce was the Fairy, and Mary Tamm was the Prince. Now I want Peri/Romana I lost in a fairy tale femslash. =D
