It was weird. I spent money with vague intent, this year. Got trades for half off (or more, I think). Some of it is stuff my roommate has in issue form (Black Widow, Ex-Machina), some was just weird (this thing called Waterloo Sunset), and one was because it made me giggle madly (Aliens: Female War by... Mark Verheiden). I also randomly called my brother out of the blue on Saturday, to discover if he'd ever bought AoA for himself. Since, hey, half-off cover price? I'm there. Now I've got his last two birthday presents. (I'll have to track down #3)

Friday was Target (by the All-state Arena and the hotel where Katee con was last year) and IHOP. omg. BEST IHOP EXPERIENCE EVER. Our waitress was so fabulous. And then we played Apples to Apples until 5:30.

Saturday was con, aj and M (and later fishdoctorpost for dinner at Gibson's), Denny's, trades, walking...

Sunday was hot tub, re-check con, Panda Express and hoooome.
