random Lord of the Rings...

I randomly watched all three movies yesterday (with copious amounts of fast-forwarding Sam and Frodo).

1. Sam and Frodo = still boring.

2. OMG THESE MOVIES ARE SO GAY. BOYS. STOP LOOKING LONGINGLY AT EACH OTHER.

3. If I were to actually do a version of LotR m'slf, I'd re-image it and gender-swap 70% of the fellowship along with putting non-white people in the movie. Hell, if I were feeling really radical, I'd gender-swap everyone.

4. I had not actually seen the extended bits of Two Towers and RotK. Wacky.

In Plain Sight: Why, yes, I do have a thing for mouthy blonde women who point guns at people.

Actually, my review isn't very long. It was cute, amusing, and made me laugh and grin madly. Will be watching next week.

She drives like Jo McDonagh! She doesn't take crap from anyone, and gives it back in spades! Her family is wacky, but I can deal with that. At least her mother didn't slam her fingers in a door (I know, I know, that's the only way to make awesome female characters who are bitches).

Also? Criminal Intent will be on before it. I GET EAMES AND MARY AND FALACCI AND RODGERS. Someone out there loves me.
