oh, Tour of Duty...

I've been re-watching it. It's been twenty years.

And I'm through the first season and into season one, and I realized something.

I love Sarge, he's awesome. LT? Also fun, and skinnily cute. The rest of the boys? Get half-naked a lot (man). But. I miss Horan. He was wounded and sent back home at the end of the first season, and I miss him. He makes me think inappropriate thoughts.

Horan, in fact, makes me want to write self-insert Mary Sue fic so she can climb him like a tree.

sigh.

I blame Sam Anders.

I'd also forgotten how much of a jackass McKay was. Man. He would give Kara a run for her money and then she'd kick him in the balls.

This icon is getting a lot of use...

So, anyway. People who are far more eloquent than I (Jim Smith, Mike Smith and ViciousWishes) have talked at length about the recent lj kerfuffles.

I'm here to talk about the one that's apparently coming. The apocalypse.
