things annoying me right now

1. TEMPERATURE DROPS. Like, for serious, people, it's in the 40's right now. Tomorrow night? It's going to get down to -4. Dammit.

2. People watching series two Torchwood, who loathed series one and are justifying their continued viewing by claiming it's better than series one. I'm fairly certain that we are not watching the same show. Seriously. It's the same. Sorry to piss on your wheaties.

3. Kara fans who can't shut the fuck up about how Kara and Dee hate each other (not helped by KS's remarks about how Kara wouldn't ever save Dee).

4. Work.

5. That "steal my sunshine" song. I'm with Christy on FM 1021. I did not need to hear even a part of that song. Ever. Again. Ugh.

6. New update page on LJ. wtf, LJ, wtf. Just stop screwing with it!

It was cute the first twenty times. The next twenty, it was at least amusing. But now? Now it's getting a little god-damned creepy. Stop stalking me every time I think about Kara/Anders.

Seriously. It doesn't matter where I am. If I start thinking about Kara and Sam Anders? Daughtry will inevitably play. Car, at work, at home. Now, I'm aware that the stations he's played on in Milwaukee have a finite playlist, and I'm aware that I think about them a good 40% of the time I'm bored and in traffic. But. Jesus. You'd think I had magical powers over the radio!

Stupid Shipper Tricks: Solace in the Crazy at the S/J List

So, to recover from the fact that Kara/Anders shippers on Skiffy are Dee-bashing (get the fuck out of my 'ship, you assholes), I wandered over to the Sam/Jack list to see if there was any prime wank... Instead, I found requests for fic where Sam and/or Jack is suicidal, with people telling the requesters they were awesome fics.

'Cause, I know I'm always happy when Sam tries to kill herself over Jack, or Jack kills himself over Sam or--
