My request to join sgcdarkfic has been denied.

It's very sad. Does this mean I don't write dark enough fic for them? Do they require Benway levels of dark? From the little I've seen, no. Most of it's shitty as fuck, and 'dark' seems to mean 'rape' a lot with little intelligence put into anything.

I feel very unpenguinish now.

Also. Er, I'm really just amused that I got rejected by the darkfic list. Timey pointed out they might never have gotten my request to join, too. Since the time on those can run out, after a while.

I remember...

1. Casting is not a fucking spoiler. Get over yourself.

2. Seriously, people, RDA was pathetically NOT ACTING the entire 8th season. It was painful to watch. I won't miss him.

3. Not that the writing was all that on top, either.

4. Just because they were on Farscape does not mean Stargate is going to become Farscape. For one thing, they'd need better writers.

5. And more women.

6. Which wouldn't be a bad thing, except there'd still be the "OMG the women are boring and one-dimensional and flat!" shit. Despite the men being EXACTLY THE SAME.

7. Please can I have a Kara Thrace.

8. Megabyte is currently singing opera.
