I need to read a bunch of romance novels, then write a Sam and Jack fic in that style. Or just find a couple of scenes that fit... I can't decide which yet.
Actually, I just had a question.
What's the difference--in emotional fallout terms--between two people getting drunk and having sex, and two being infected with a virus and having sex (a la, Broca Divide)?
I was thinking about this, because Jaka thinks that Broca was the height of Romance, or something like that, and that Sam and Jack should have given in and had lots of sex right there, and it would have been the beginning of a long life together...
And it occured to me that a lot of first time fic ends up being the "Shep and Liz get drunk and sex" type.
