May. 29th, 2004 11:24 amSo, apparently, my body doesn't *like* sleeping in. Because, y'see, I went to bed at 3:30 (21 hours awake. Go, me). And I slept all of 6 and a half.
Hrm.
Made appointment for oil change, but they're booked until Wednesday. Oh well. It will soon be a happy Moya, though.
Hrm. I have bad fic to write.
And, have I mentioned how amusing it is to not be able to hear Apophis during 'The Nox'? So. Amusing. (this is what they get for losing his flanged voice track. *snicker*)

Was thinking about the Tok'ra. And Jolinar, specifically. But it got me thinking about the whole Tok'ra mythos.
We're supposed to believe that, thousands of years ago, Egeria (and all her kidbits) just up and decided, "Wait! What we're doing is wrong! Really, we're not actually gods, and these people should have a symbiotic relationship with us. Really!"
Considering the ..... Wow. Not only did I lose my train of thought, it got hijacked.
I have NO clue where I was going with this. Maybe I'll come back to it later.

I went out to take the trash.
Moya's hood was up.
Correction, my brain pointed out, Moya's hood was STILL up. I checked Moya's oil last night, after coming back from Wally world.
And then forgot to close the hood.
Forgot. To close. The hood.
It rained last night. I suppose the engine is now cleaner.
As far as I can tell, everything's still there. It just... sat open. All evening. All night. All morning. 15 or so hours.
Huh.
