For those unclear, House of Cards, by one Keith R. A. DeCandido, is golden. Or nearly. It's not better (so far) than, say, Die Me Dichotomy... But it's up there with Home on the Remainds and Through the Looking Glass. At least, in my opinion... ;)

The Fantasy shops are having a sale on November 1... For 2 hours, everything in the store is 20% off. I'm... making plans. Yes. that's what it's called. Uhuh.

I will buy things. Not, like, a ton. But. I need one Sojourn tpb, and a few other things of that nature. And the cheaper they are, the happier Lyssie will be. If the Ruse tpbs are up to 13-18, 19-24, I'll be even happier.

Characters are themselves, the plot is just kooky enough. Rygel is Rygel, and not some freakily articulated version (ala Ship of Ghosts). Pilot.... Wow. Yeah. They're all there. And there's a wonderful John/Aeryn scene. Made me whimper.
