I used to think I could come up with post titles (five random things)

1. RIP "A Girl Guide to Geek Culture" - like, I'm sure the merger with Geekosystem will be fine. But changing a site from being (like, the ONLY SITE) all about girly geek culture to yet another dull general geek culture site is sort of pointless. It doesn't help that the new layout is bright white and pretty fugly. (I'm sorry, but going on about how it's ~inclusive now is bullshit. Dudes already HAD THE REST OF GEEKDOM.)

2. At least I still have The Outhouse? (it may occasionally be terrible, but at least the editors don't go around whining about how they're the enemy 'cause they're cis white dudes)

3. I don't think I ever linked to my rarewomen fics? Both are for Call of the Midwife and about Trixie: a. The Drag of the Moment; b. Never Been Here Before (Three Things That Didn't Happen to Trixie)

4. Queer Werewolf Ladies Commentfic Fest - ever wanted to make Clara or Joss Carter or Ace or Kara Thrace or any other woman a werewolf? Want some femslash in there, too? Go forth, prompt. (personally, I think I'm going to make a Caprica/D'Anna prompt to flesh out some of the backstory for my BSG urban fantasy AU)
