1. Today, I listened to Sword of Orion for what is possibly the 25th time. Or more. idk. It's one of the BF audios I love without reservation. Perhaps because it was my first? hrm. I also managed Storm Warning, as, well, it was there.
2. Monday, I discovered that The Brothers Grimm doesn't work so well as an audio-only track. Why? Because you CANNOT tell the brothers apart. At all. There is no way of differentiating between their speech patterns or voices, and it makes it horribly confusing as to who is addressing whom or romancing what. (Angelika's voice seems unable to decide on an accent) At least Monica Bellucci's voice is distinguishable from Lena Headey's.and both are hot */shallow*
3. On the list of movies that do pass the audio test: Aeon Flux, the original The Muppet Movie and Tank Girl.
4. Oh, yes, and I ripped through this X-Men FC Big Bang fic which is a gender-swap of the entire concept and fascinating and awesome (and some of you know my deep and resentful feelings towards gender-swap fic, but this one's pretty delightful).
