The Great St. Trinian's Train Robbery
Mar. 11th, 2010 07:10 amSo, I've realized part of the reason I don't like the earlier movies as much. The girls are faceless caricatures while the men have names and run the plots. Even Flash Harry has more characterization. The reboot, on the other hand, is mostly about the girls (and how awesome they are) with Flash as their token male.
That aside, the Great St. Trinian's Train Robbery is still amusing. (It has a twenty-minute chase scene. With trains. ok, that's not really amusing, it's more "OMG GET ON WITH IT") It also has Carole Ann Ford as the French teacher. *amused* (and in another oldskool connection, Stratford Johns's voice)

Now, of course, I want a reboot version of this...
