1. I listened to Razor at work yesterday. There's something visceral about listening that's uncomfy. Possibly because the mind's eye can come up with far uglier visuals than what was actually there. Though it was comforting to hear wee!Dad say 'cocksucker', I'm not sure why this one was 'unrated'. eta: also, how is that logistically possible for oldskool centurions to even accomplish? (when did I add oldskool to my dictionary?)

2. Gina's Info-dump about their relationship still makes no sense, and Kendra still looks very "omg I didn't want to know that" in the "My parents do not have sex, please don't tell me things like that!" way. (Gina and Kendra are adorable like a box of puppies and kittens, btw)

3. Picturing Kara running around with her wedding tattoo in pick-up shots made me giggle like a small child, though.

4. Listened to Sacrifice, too, and, wow. Hey, Lee? Maybe if you didn't try going after women who were already in relationships, your romantic life wouldn't suck so much. Also, the concept of the episode was a good one, but the execution was lacking. Although Ellen is still awesome.

5. I should possibly find pants to wear to work.

6. *girds brain, adds Woman King to Ianto* I'd add Hero, too, but even I can only take so much pain.

7. *compensates with some Bjork and Frente* Not enough space, and I'm not sacrificing Eye of Rapture (ilu, D'Anna). (or the Farm, even if the only thing I listen to is the opening scene "Lighten up, it's only the end of the world." is still one of the best lines ever)

8. I have a strange thought about how Gaius and Kara share the same journey, just in a different fashion. Kara's is far softer, obviously, in some ways. Gaius was tortured by both sides, Kara was only jailed (and roughed up by Dad, good job, Dad) by the 'good guys'.

9. *looks up at the icon on the post* Maybe I should make it a BSG one and not Cadman.

10. Also, no, seriously, OH, BILLY. (also, Simon's voice is hot)

Audio BSG. The Woman King, Captains' Hand, and belated Downloaded and earlier thoughts.

Spec for 4.5 is probably contained herein, as is various spoilers for all three seasons (and Razor). That said? Even I don't have the stomach for The Woman King in audio format. I lasted all of 15 minutes the second time (four, the first time). And it's really sad, because WK has some decent scenes. And NONE of those scenes have a damned thing to do with the plot of the episode. (well, ok, a few of the "HELO TAKE YOUR SHIRT OFF AGAIN" ones do)

Ok. Having cracked my notebook, I am way behind on noting my thoughts on listening to BSG (Eye of Rapture gets a daily listen, though. Mm. Double the otp, double your angst-meter)
