confession time...

They say it's totally good for the soul.

1. I like Rose Tyler. I know, I know, this surprises a lot of people. But, see, the Rose in my head bears little resemblance to what large portions of fandom claim about her, and possibly what large portions of (painful) canon do, too.

2. I'm so fucking happy Atlantis was canceled. I cheered. Then did a little dance with the cat. Now, if only they'd dump the idea of a new (male-dominated, and white, obvs) series. Or go write soap operas (wait! They'd have to write women with large roles and layers... never mind, wouldn't work).

3. I'm one of those Fandom Feminists who spoils your squee.

4. I discovered this tonight. I, like, theoretically enjoy Kara/Sam/Leoben? But on a practical, reading fic not written by me level? Can't stand it.

5. I still can't work up the energy to reply to comments on the Caprica/Tigh ficlet I wrote. I probably won't. This is new for me, I used to always reply to feedback.

6. I GET A MINION TOMORROW. I hope I do not call her that.
