hrm. Riddick
May. 9th, 2005 11:20 amSo. Um. Wow. David Twohy's little intro on the Director's Cut of Riddick is, ah... He was really bitter they made him edit it, wasn't he?
eta1: Um, yeah. Dear Mr. Twohy, that scene with Jack? Completely unnecessary. In fact, it makes the later scenes that much less impactful.
eta2: Necromonger/Cylon otp.
eta3: OMG!!!!! The Priestess from BSG is being converted by the 'mongers. And she yelled, "There'll be no conversion!"
eta4: Riddick: You'd think I'd remember. Lord-Marshal: You'd think I would, too. Lyss (as Riddick): BABY!
eta5: Wait. So. She's Dame Vaako, and her loverboytoy is Vaako. Does this make them siblings? (Meyer, they've used 'breeder' as an insult three times, so far)
eta6: Guh. ok. Dude, that was REALLY WRONG. But the scene with the female merc smelling Riddick, and him returning the favor? I hereby tell Jack to fuck off and die, because merc/Riddick is hotter. Ah. Eve Logan (that's SO WRONG. Wolverine's daughter. And she's more fun the X-23).
eta7: The Ellen thing. OMG. This criminal guy is Ripley's sperm donor! Crossover! Eeek! Oh. And Jack's hair? Needs to be chopped off. It's pathetic, and always in the way.
eta8: Oh, god. The extra added Furyan chick scenes are fucking pathetic. They don't do anything to add to the story, in fact they make me roll my eyes even more. And there's 'breeder' #5, from Dame Vaako.
