I'm excited and happy and such (and squeaky clean), but I think I've worn out all of my conversational faculties.

We signed the lease yesterday. We have keys. I turned over a check that will wipe out my bank account. I have an interview on Tuesday with Manpower. Here's hoping it goes well.

The plan is to move in on Monday, and arrange things by Friday, when we will (hopefully) get an Aj.

Yay.

Was going through my old geocities website. Dude, I am the worst packrat. Ever. I also had some crappy taste in 97.

But one thing I am reminded of is that I will not be finishing either of the nano novels I started. One (the rewrite of the Farscape novel, Ship of Ghosts) has some good stuff, but stalled at 7,000 words. The other (sequel to last year's) has become mired in utter crap. And has nearly 20,000 words.... Well, maybe it will finish. Doubt it, though.

So. Anyway. Dumped all of the CIA and KAG shit from the Geocrappies site. It's much more streamlined now. Kept the Author Reviews stuff, but they need massive rewrites and organisation (and removal of tables. Ugh. Tables may be my bitch, but, yeesh.)

Found some images I'd forgotten, some stuff that I hadn't realised was there (ie, Dancing Holidays, which I thought had disappeared into the ether).

Hrm. Now to figure out what else to do to poor TalynJohn.
