Lyssie's Perfect Drink
Oct. 5th, 2003 03:40 am1 part whiskey. Doesn't matter what kind, though I've had both Canadian Mist and Black Velvet.
2 parts either Melon Ball (from Boones), or Midori (slightly sweeter)
6 parts peach soda. This can be reduced to 4, if you so desire.
Mix all parts in whatever you wish. Glass, pitcher, dishpan. Add ice. Sip steadily.
This drink actually tastes better the longer its been sitting. Leading me to believe that, either, my taste buds go, or the alcohol mixes more. Or ferments more. Or something.
