Got up early. Sigh. Fucking kids outside, playing in the streets and making noise. Someone should shoot them. Put me out of my misery.
Ran errands, including the library (oooh, books), Wally world, Dollar store... See, it occurred to me that, y'know, my pencil case was in the car when it was stolen. Now, this may not seem a lot until you realise that my pencil case contains my makeup essentials. Red lipstick, pink, gold and silver; three eyeliners (black, grey, and maroon); mirror... And both the blue and the black mascaras.
So I bought them. Along with a bottle of black nail polish, since mine seems to have disappeared.
The dollar store also offered up some cds. Sugar's "File Under Easy Listening", Debbie Gibson's "Body Mind Soul" and "Anything is Possible", Thomas Dolby "Astronauts and Heretics", and Alison Moyet's "Essex". Of course, I was listening to Tiffany's "New Inside" while driving. And then Erasure's "The Innocents" (which explains how I found Alison, since, y'know, the Yaz connection).
I so need Erasure's "Wild". Hrm.
Picked up Kristine Smith's "Code of Conduct" and "Law of Survival" at Borders. Must have... fucked in the head and body heroine, who could join Dom and Aeryn's "My life SUCKS" support group. Jani Killian SO needs a drink. Hrm.
I have paid bills, too. Sigh.
