Until you say it does...
Jun. 28th, 2002 02:37 pmI watched CSI last night. Like the show, and, of course, every time I see the dark-haired chick I think of Timey. But. The show last night was a decent ep, including the end which just... wow. Painful to watch, but very realistic in some ways. Poor Grissom.
Going from CSI to the Dead Zone was interesting, but actually worked. DZ is.... growing on me, I think. I love the way it's shot, for one thing. And... Anthony Michael Hall is actually fairly good.
And I like Bruce. Bruce is cool.
I was highly surprised to note Michael Piller's name in the credits. I mean, DZ seems actually decent... Eh. Maybe it'll suck at mid-season.
Back to CSI. Where some idiot actually moved a body. I mean, hello, don't you pay attention? Dead body=possible crime scene. Don't touch anything, don't move anything, and don't lose any skin cells.
On the other hand, the ending made up for it. I knew the kid was going to try something. Worried they'd miss him taking a knife, or a length of rope with him back to the cell... But he didn't. He resorted to teeth. He was so desperate not to stay in jail (life, from their guesses), and he was innocent! And he chewed his wrists apart with his teeth.
*shudder* As I said. Poor Grissom.
Moving along, I've found out I can't get next Friday off. No MIB2 for Lyssie, no Friday at WW. No fucking life.
Yeah.
40 dollars does not make up for not being there Friday.
Not even close.
