Anyway. Looked at the lineup for Monday night and laughed. Apparently, WB is going to save our souls and then tantalise us with evil... In other words, they're showing 7th Heaven, then Angel: the Series.. *snicker*

Possibly TMI moment...

When I went to WalMart the other day, I ended up getting this silky camisole to sleep in. It's been a looooong while since I got sleepwear... Anyway. I also got some new pants. One pair black (yay! Black!) and the other a dark navy. The navy ones are sort of exagerated knit, so they feel kind of rough. And the camisole is silky.

My just-washed fingers are happy.

Yessss, textured fabrics are gooooood.

Ahem.

Okay, on to other things. For my own sanity, I am planning on typing up as much of a history/backstory of the whole Purple Haze debacle I can.

On a happier note, I don't think I'm falling back into my bad habit of believing everything should be happy. I'm also (please) not going to start trying to be friends with everyone. I canNOT please everyone. I have to remember that.

This doesn't mean I can't be cordial to certain people. It does mean I don't have to pretend if they ask me what I think of them.

For instance, if Rob says, "You're on our side, right?"

I can say, "Not on your life, pond scum."

Sigh. Need to work on that disgust/anger management.

It's when I believe I am worthy by the number of friends I have that I have trouble. For so long, I thought that self-worth only counted if there were people telling me I was cool.

I know better now.

So much of what I think now runs through the "is this logical?" filter. That's why I was so ready to leave the Purple Haze. Too much stupid and childish shit has happened.

Well, realistically, I would just go to the store, and buy a pack of them.

I wish I knew why I was so tired. I get 8-9 hours of sleep every night, yet I always feel heavy-eyed and exhausted in the morning. Hrm.

At least I know it's not my dreams, this time.

Whee!

CWWTT is a Doctor Who fanzine, the proceeds of which go to benefit feral cat shelters in Cincinatti.
