Tonight...

Was an okay night. Got several chapters read and the little Quick Check thingies answered. All I had to do was pop in the CD and take the tests and record the scores on the tracking disk.

*pleased smug look* I am now caught up in my computer class.

Except for the labs. Those I'll have to do at school, where there's a printer. Bah.

In other news, I locked my keys in the car when I got home. Smooth move, I say. At least Dad was still up and heard my plaintive cries.

Even happier... I mentioned absently in the newsroom that we needed someone else at the Chouteau, and Anetra jumped for the chance to work another part-time job. Wahey. Don's got her number, and he'll call her. I'll talk to her and suggest she go in at some point, too.

Eeee!

Okay. Bad, 'cause, it cuts my hours back. Good, 'cause I now have no excuse not to go to DexCon. ;)

Too bad I wasn't a contestant on Win Ben Stein's Money last night. On one of the episodes, I'd've kicked ass in the first round and walked off with 800 bucks... Maybe. I'f I'd gotten to round three.

Which, since I missed most of round two, I don't know if I'd've gotten further. Probably. *sniff* I got all but TWO of round one's questions.

Found out, happy happy, that all of my stuff for the computer class isn't due until next Thursday. Kick ass, baby. Especially since I did five chapters in three hours.

All that's left is chapters 11-15. And the labs. Which are simple.

I can do the chapters at home, and the labs in the newsroom...

*cackle* The CD my textbook is on crashed the NT machine.

Tried to watch Cruel Intentions last night. Was bored by it. If I wanna watch that story, I'll watch Dangerous Liasions.

Ended up watching Aliens instead... Damn, I know every moment that's been edited. It's sad.
