In other news: This weekend of debacuhery! *makes trumpet noise*

First, I did NOT get to call or see myLiz. Am saddened by this, but aware that I need to make a better effort. Pah.

Second, the drive down? Proves that Shai's car gets better gas milage between 70-80. And 80+ makes it start dropping. I also kindasorta hit an armadillo in Illinois, and it thunked under the tire, omfg. We accomplished it in about 15 hours, which isn't too bad, I don't think.

Third, Edana's handfasting was lovely and sweet, and I'm so glad we go to be there!

Fourth, we are just as crude as ever. But that's ok. It's a good thing.

Five, RenFaire: hot, humid, rainy, breezy, and nice. We caused the Cardinal to leer. He also called us a Six Pack. Think Nate will sue us? Shai wanted to bring him home with us, but we'd've had to tie him on the roof. Shai also wanted to bring home children, but the stipulation is: they must have tails. And there were kids with raccoon tails. The stipulation now reads: Must be monkeybabies WITH MONKEY tails.

Six, It was very odd not to be channeling Sam constantly. (read: Lyssie missed woodface a lot. I missed everyone else, too, but Jara has prodding skills unmatched by any.)

Seven, Two days in the sun and cloudysunlight, and I did not get burned. Go, Bullfrog.

Eight, I'm blanking on more things right now.
