This isn't what he was expecting. Really.
Hell, when he first came onboard, he expected to be getting off somewhere he could be safe.
Simon has never been safe.
At least, not from him. Not from the man whose hands he watches and ponders. They're oddly attractive, for hands. And Simon wonders if his hands could look like that. Or if Mal's are just special.
