omgLost Girl, how much did I miss you? Let me count the ways...
1. KENZI. BO. LAUREN. HALE. TRICK.
That's five, right there.
2. No, seriously, I had no idea I missed the show until the opening, with MY FAVORITE TRIO OF BADASSES kicking things and being snarky. <3 Bo, Kenzi + Hale? = Awesome. + Lauren and Trick? = Extra awesome.
3. I sort of didn't miss Dyson, and would be ok if he left? I don't find him essential. Like Duke (from Haven), I tolerate him. But I don't give a shit about him, one way or the other. I find him Yet Another Boring White Dude. And mostly ignorable.
4. Luckily for me, this episode was all Bo, Kenzi, Lauren (eee), Trick and Hale. I love that they're sort of the Law in town right now. No, not love. Adore. Find fabulous. SO MUCH FIC should come out of this, but I don't know that I'll write any.
5. BO MAKING LAUREN EAT. LAUREN GEEKING OUT. LAUREN FALLING ASLEEEEEEP. <3 Oh, oh, oh. It's the little things, like friendship and worry over each other. <3 (also, Lauren came because BO NEEDED HER)
6. Kenzi's "I GOT THIS" moment was hilarious.
7. Bo killing the bad guy? Awesome. I was vaguely worried that she'd let him live or something. BUT NOPE. Dead. Dead dead dead.
8. I am a bit disappointed that Bo didn't offer herself to the land, but then, that's not really her place. She's a neutral, after all. Also, making Bo the Ash would cause a ruckus of epic proportions. The council of elders would never stand for it.
In short. I MISSED MY SHOW OF AWESOME LADIES BEING AWESOME. (I want more of the creepy girl, too)

ALL OF THOSE MOMENTS NEED CAPSLOCK SQUEE!!! Basically, all this show needs to do is put these women on-screen and let them be their awesome selves and I'm happy :) (Though some Kenzi + Lauren scenes would just take the awesome to another level.)
Dyson...is okay? I like him fine and I enjoy his friendships with Kenzi + Hale but I wish they'd focus more on that and less on his ANGST with Bo.
