Dude, I EXPECTED Sophie to show up in the last five minutes of the ep. Now, I expect her to show up in the last five minutes of next week's ep. (Nate, and hospitals, and leaving her five messages, and SOPHIE THEY NEED YOU STAT.)

YES. Yes, that. It wasn't until about five minutes to the end that I realized this had to be the lead-up to the season finale and OMG I suddenly knew it was going to be a cliff-hanger (i don't go looking to find out about these things)
