karma_aster and I, earlier in the evening...
lyssie: dude.
lyssie: What planet is Thor's Hammer on?
karma_aster: Cimmeria, why?
lyssie: Thank you.
lyssie: *smoooooooches*
karma_aster: Why?
*at least twenty minutes passes*
lyssie: I needed a good planet to send Teyla to while I blew up Earth.
karma_aster: Oh.
lyssie: Sorry. Have been typing away happily.
karma_aster: ...wait,
what?
lyssie: Er. I sort of blew up Earth?
karma_aster: ...
karma_aster: But...all the cats and dogs and wee little squirrels!
karma_aster: And also the wee baby turtles!
karma_aster:
Think about the wee baby turtles, Lyss!
lyssie: Um..
lyssie: The Doctor saved them all and they're now living on not!Earth?
karma_aster: (eyes you)
karma_aster: All the wee baby turtles?
lyssie: YES.
lyssie: He is like an Energizer bunny, remember? He saved them ALL.
karma_aster: Because I know the TARDIS is big, but is it that big?
lyssie: Dude. The TARDIS once had an entire planet inside of it... It was book-canon, but still...
karma_aster: And I guess he could take multiple trips.
karma_aster: And make Rose carry her fair share.
lyssie: Yes, indeed.
lyssie: Jack, too!
karma_aster: Mind, the squirrels could get a bit tricky.
karma_aster: Best leave those to Owen.
lyssie: He's grousing, covered in bites, and sulking. *snickers*
karma_aster: Tosh, then?
karma_aster: Gwen could help!
lyssie: Nah, he did his part. He's just bitching about it now. Tosh and Gwen were on cat-duty while Ianto rounded up dogs and the Brigadier and Doris made tea.
karma_aster: ...how about the pandas?
karma_aster: Martha.
lyssie: Martha, indeed.
lyssie: Donna rescued the monkeys.
karma_aster: Yay!
karma_aster: Who did Sarah Jane rescue?
lyssie: Ducks.
karma_aster: Perfect!
no subject
lyssie: Yes, indeed.
*eyes joo both*
*carries kitties! and cats! and puppies! and the odd skwerl*

They'll have to rename the TARDIS, the Ark.

"Oh, come now, Doctor," her hands on her hips, she glared at him, "How can you say no to all of this?"
"He's not inhumane," suggested Martha as she tucked another baby turtle into the tanks that Mickey and Jake were still setting up. "He's just not human."
"Well, he can start being one, then!" Donna snapped. She hadn't exactly been pleased when the riff-raff had descended, but she had to admit the puppies were rather adorable (even if they chewed on the bottom of her pants).
"I know he's not, but that's no excuse!" Sarah huffed at him and then moved off to help Rose with an unruly bunch of kittens who seemed to want to get lost in every crevice of the TARDIS console. Not that the TARDIS seemed to mind. In fact, if Sarah wasn't much mistaken, the old girl was glowing at the extra company.
