That'd be Ed Quinn, known mostly as Nathan Stark in Eureka. But in the case of zombies, he was a snarky bastard called Ellis in House of the Dead 2. Not a movie to be watched sober or with any hope of plot. But decent in that there was snark. And people being hot and shootings things.
