*laughs* No, surprisingly (although I will swear to my dying day that Ron named him that on PURPOSE), I actually like the guy, and, well, he and Kara do the Old Married Couple with bickering that I love and adore (I am SO EASY).

Or maybe not so surprisingly: he's hot, amusing, snarky, and he blew things up and pointed guns at people. That's like a Recipe to Attract Lyssie.

HA! I was going to put zombie hunters, and then realized that's canon (sort of) so it wouldn't really be AU. WILD WEST, baby! (that could be my strange unnatural urge to cross BSG with Deadwood though).

And you forced me (FORCED, I say) to watch Sam/Kara stuff from Resistance and Farm to discover Sam's handed-ness. I will vote that he is left handed (he throws a ball left-handed), but as an elite sports professional (and like most lefties) has trained himself to be more ambidextrous than the average right-handed person. There. Perhaps I need to go watch some Downloaded, just to make sure...

he's holding his rifle in Downloaded the opposite way too. (my pure guess is that Trucco is left handed and the stunt coordinator/directors were telling him to shoot right handed in his first eps).

And when he's got the handgun it's definitely in his left hand. He also holds Kara's tag in his left hand when Boomer gives it back.
