This are all great, but I love #2! Didn't that seem like Kara was totally trying to coax him with her touch and sort of trying to offer herself to him with her body language, even though she was actually defending Lee's/the military's stance with what she said?

She had her hands on him, and she didn't need to. And the subtext was totally, totally, "C'mon, Sam. He doesn't mean a damned thing. Don't make this more than it is." Anbd Sam was just pissed. And having rewatched it, trying to get better Jean caps... Jean smirks at Sam's comment about 'getting between' Kara and her major. Sadly, it's hard to see.
