I am still trying to work thru my feelings over this ep. But my concern about Sam is that they will write him off the show at this point. Like he was only around as a character prop for Kara and now that she is all PTSD on his ass, time to chuck the character.

If they were smart, they would keep him as a reoccurring character and perhaps get him involved on the Galactica in some ways. Perhaps as a Marine or with the President as an advisor. The guy has definate leadership qualities and to let those go to waste, especially after all he has done for the human race since the holocaust.
