I want to be snarky and vaguely annoying and rambly, or something.

1. You know the best thing about the new pictures that were posted? Well, several. There's Anders and arms, Kara and a knife, Kara and Leoben and a knife, Anders and Kara, AND... Kara and the Crouton.

2. The Crouton is the cutest thing EVER. I am totally not betraying my "No Babies on Galactica" policy. 'Cause, she's NOT A BABY now. Hah.

3. I have no idea where, but someone, somewhere, noted that the Crouton picture makes Kara 'look' pregnant. It's not just a river anymore, apparently.

4. Which, of course, brings me to these icons... and ... Which, you know, it is kinda kinky, though not deliberately, I'm sure.

5. And this. Wherein Mama is kind of disturbed at TehCute, and The Crouton is playing with Mama's dogtags and stepdaddy's ring, and Mama's like, "Don't lose those, honey, ok?" shut up, I am not writing that fic

6. I should do laundry.

7. Also? Hungry. Hrm. Food.

(Also, the idea of Leoben impregnating Kara with Lee's baby is just waiting to be crack!ficced.)

I know. Kids are... dude, I hate kids on tv. But, she is so silent, in pictures. And thus, I don't have the immediate "OMG DIE" reaction. Plus. Cute.

Well, you already know of my borderline-obsessive Crouton Love.

Maybe it's fucked-up, but I think part of my fascination is that we all know that no way in hell is this gonna turn out well (just don't KILL the baby, please?), and the aftermath is going to be gorgeous. Especially given the way Kara's looking at the kid in that promo pic. Katee's going to act the hell out of those scenes. I CAN'T WAIT!

(Y'know, someone was recently teasing me about my babyfic kink. I'll fully admit to that one. But the only time I've actually gotten Kara pregnant in a story, I also had her demand and receive an abortion right afterward. Because really, that's what Kara herself would do. Sure, I'm a sucker for Kara and babies -- as long as they're someone else's. ;)

I have discovered that she is too cute, and my natural tendency to kill children has disapeared. It has possibly gone on vacation to Barbados with my sanity.

(I would refuse to admit to my occasional need for kid/babyfic, but that would be hypocrisy.)
