SFF: ...Dread Politics Edition

SG-1: *happysigh*
Lantis: *yawn*

-Sam in the black, standing on the Odyssey bridge actually stopped my mental processes. I need screen caps. And can I please have one of her?
-I love my depressing show. *pets it like a puppy*
-Adria. Nicely done. Still a bit of a spoiled brat, too.
-Sam. Rescue mission. Kicks. ASS.
-"Yes!"
-Mitchell was very Crichton this episode (and I've hated other people saying he is, but I'm sorry, there's just so many times you can hear a man point out they have common enemies and shit).
-Seriously. Sam using the staff? We need more of that. And more of the laptop of doom (which only turned the power off, anyway).
-Vala/Bra'tac OTP.
-ALSO ALSO ALSO. The fact that Sam went off on her own, to find the control room. And no one said, "OMG, someone go protect the GIRL." or something similar. And then she saved all their asses. *smug*

Bored:
-Jaffa politics.

Lantis.
I think I said most of what I thought prior. But... wow. Really shitty episode. 'Course, I imagine everyone in fandom will love it, as it proves the Sheppard/McKay love. *sarcasm*

But, in doing so, it guts all intelligence from Elizabeth Weir, and puts her neatly back in the "pointless human" role she occupies so often, when the spotlight is the boys.

Not that I really expected much, since this was a genii episode, and I fucking hate them.

Also, way to really bore me with the wraith thing. You know, this makes me want to watch ST:TNG's 'Enemy Mine'. At least Geordi is interesting.

Yeah. Can I have that hour of my life back?

Also, I used the wrong tape, and missed taping the episode, and I'm only slightly motivated to bother taping it.
