Also, while I'm at it.
(Because, all Jaka joking aside, I do actually like Lee)
My Lee Adama
Has never really forgiven his father for leaving his mother, although he tries, and sometimes thinks he has.
Wishes he could have been a better brother for Zak.
Knows that every time he has 'fun', he's doing it wrong.
Has a sense of humor.
Generally hides it.
Grew up knowing exactly how to strike back for maximum emotional damage, the way his mother did to his father.
Never lets himself believe his mother was also at fault.
Wants to be good enough.
Knows he isn't.
Wishes he never tried to learn how to fly.
But only sometimes.
Thinks the Kara Thrace is something he can never understand, though he'd like to have her.
Figures it's something that will never happen.
Sometimes wonders if it would have been better if he'd died instead of Zak.
Wakes up from nightmares of endless pilot chatter as the cylons destroy the fleet.
Sleeps like a baby after two cups of ambrosia.
Hates licorice, likes tea, and sometimes misses a really rare steak.
Believes that rowdiness is a sign of disorder and a possibility for the cylons to exploit.
Is a technically proficient pilot, who scored top marks for everything, but isn't spontaneous enough to dazzle.
Except when under stress.
Has a good, tactical brain that's beginning to learn to think outside the box.
Once memorized the entire flight and tactics manuals so he could repeat them in his sleep.
Still hasn't recovered.
Has a strong belief in governing by the people, for the people.
Thinks Dee is something he can hold.
Sometimes prays that she lets him go.

Good one (two?). Poor Dee, she doesn't realize the forces she's up against.

*g* Thanks.
I've loved doing these, but it's been a while.
