Since I saw this elsewhere
And was feeling verbose...
My Samuel T. Anders...
Doesn't think of himself as a hero.
Tries not to think of himself as a terrorist.
Thinks his team would have been better off taking that vacation on Picon.
Misses arguing with his coach, trainer and the press.
Doesn't miss the one-night stands and never-ending faceless crowds.
Kind of misses the random fan adoration, though.
Thinks the cylons are machines, even the skinjobs.
Has faith in Kara Thrace.
Has very little faith in anyone else not in the immediate circle of the resistance.
Worries about the people he's going to get killed.
Remembers the names of every man and woman who's died while he's been in charge.
Is sometimes scared that they'll realize he's just a little boy trying to hang onto his favorite, broken, toy.
Likes women who will give him shit, pick a fight, and have sex in closets.
Knows he was the best thing that happened to the Caprica Bucs.
Still wonders if Sue-Shaun remembers the night they had drunken sex on top of a hotel on Sagittaron.
Wishes he'd taken that semester in combat tactics instead of applied hydro-dynamics. He got a C, anyway.
Hopes the cylons will leave, but deep down doesn't think they really will.
Figures he has to have something to live for.
Sometimes wakes up reaching for someone who isn't there.
Knows he isn't the smartest guy in the universe, but knows that his instincts are often right.
Is confused by the skinjobs who seem to be on the wrong side.
Doesn't let that stop him from killing them as often as possible.
Thinks he might still have frakked Kara Thrace without the cylons.
Figures it wouldn't have lasted.
Hopes it will.
