WHY is there no fluff category at the SG Awards? WHY? Because it's really damned hard to consider anything I write classic 'romance'. And putting fluffy fic in a romance category (SOCKS. ICE WATER. This is NOT ROMANCE) seems silly.

Sigh.

I don't think they did a very good job with the categories. There is no Future Fic category. I have a fic that isn't a romance or a drama or a tag. I think it will be interesting to see how it all comes down with the final categories.

Yeah. I think I might throw one or two of mine in that category.

Also, just cause we throw them in the category doesn't mean they will end up there! So who knows how it will all come together.

I can't believe no fluff! Crazy! I also noticed there was no 'Established Relationship,' which led me to put a rather angsty piece under Romance for lack of options.

I guess it is all much simplified. Though I have to give them props for the fancy interface and I think their website is looking very snazzy.
