Today? Iffy.

Morning was ok until I hit a duck on the way to work. I think it was a duck. I didn't have time to do more than notice IT WAS FLYING IN FRONT OF MY CAR and that there was a car in oncoming traffic, and thus, I had nowhere to go.

You can add it to the endangered species Lyssie has killed, next to the armadillo I nailed on the way to Texas last year.

Poor [livejournal.com profile] woodface got the brunt of my "OMG SO BORED" emails today. Sigh. Boss better be in tomorrow, I'd like to actually do some fucking work, tyvm.

Dynamite Entertainment seems to be following Image's original business model: Promise lots of shit and then be later than fuck in delivering on it (Painkiller Jane? Oh, it's supposed to be an ONGOING? Gosh. Never would've guessed that, GIVEN IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS since issue one.) -- Which means, BSG #0? Still not out. And the comicstore guy says he doesn't think it'll be hitting stands until JULY.

Yeah.

XF#7 Dear Layla, PLEASE DIE ALREADY. No love, me.

Dear Peter David, Yeah, yeah, you're trying, but she's still a fucking obnoxious Mary Sue. Nice going with M showing a little emotion. Me. PS. Pls see previous rant about Temperance Brennan and the obnoxious mentioning of being an alcoholic EVERY FUCKING CHAPTER. Also, pls see previous statements about Layla, please stop making everyone like her. It's fucking annoying.

Hrm. X-Men 3 tomorrow night = ME DEAD ON FRIDAY. Oh well.

Also. The apartment needs cleaning. *disappears*

Remember we asked Felix about it?
It's a one-shot, not a continuing, according to what he's been told.
Unless you've seen something different. :)

And yes, clean apartment would be nice. After all, it's X-3 day tomorrow. :)

Since the issue ends with "To be continued next month", yes, I would assume it's a continuing LS of some sort. Their site also lists issues 2 and 3, issue 3 was apparently available in April.

I suspect this will be like the Ghostbusters LS. Issue four came out a year AFTER issue one, despite it listing itself as belonging eight months before.

ACK! I would totally freak if I hit a critter. I have great respect for the fact that you aren't flailing like mad.

Strangely today at TV Guide site there's an interview with Pak (http://www.tvguide.com/News/Insider/default.htm?cmsRedir=true&rmDate=05252006&cmsGuid={B4C6EAE5-43F3-4918-8C8C-017BB8C69AC7}), and he said that #0 was out the 31.

Or will be out...

I live in the future!

How is the future? *ducks* ;)

Using a popular semantic.

Quite similar to today. Meaning: rain, heat, cold, few sunray, lots of polution, no BSG yet (I don't live very far away in the future), crackfic-like spoilers all around, crackrier wanks to explain them, chocolate close by, but not enough Kara or Dom.

Bottom of the line: life still suck.
