Late Review: Girl Inna Fireplace (newSkool Who)
Random commentary (with numbers!) follows.
1. Mickey says, "It's a spaceship! And on my first time!" Ergo, NO TIME has passed between SR and now.
2. Damn, that dress is constricting.
3. Aw. Cute kid. HAHAHAHAHAH. Of course they have nightmares about you, Doctor!
4. The Doctor gets a hard-on for robotics! *snickers* AND we are four for four on Fanservice with Glasses.
5. Aw. Rose is ALL OVER Mickey. Y'know, I'm not seein' the Rose Loves The Doctor Forever stuff.
6. OMG. The kiss. *stares* Honey, childhood dreams shouldn't make you horny. However, guh. That was some KISS.
7. "You're not keeping the horse." "I let you keep Mickey!" *dies ded*
8. Ugh. I'd had a feeling it was something like that. Humans to replace machine parts. Do they need her brain?
9. Aww. So cute. I can't help it. I do actually like her.
10. Heheh. Rose and Mickey are not the Doctor, when it comes to avoiding danger.

14. *giggles* It's, like, Narnia music in the background of the Rose and Reinette scene. I really like Reinette and Rose, actually. Their scene is quite... Quiet, but still full of intelligence.
15. ...well, it was until the "You and I both know, don't we, Rose..." line. Oh, STEVE. You silly man. You were doing well without shoving the Rose/Doctor ship in until now. Sigh.
16. I may have sniffled when Reinette heard her own voice and realized her destinty kinda fucking sucked.
17. Reinette = going to LOSE HER HEAD. Rose and Mickey = PERFECTLY SAFE. Especially once the time windows were closed, because the warp engine power that'd been diverted would now be able to keep life support going indefinitely. The Doctor = Lucky as hell, and probably full of plans to get back. (not to mention he could easily come across himself somewhere else, and hitch a lift)
18. "Wish me luck." | "I would have enjoyed the slow path." Reinette knows she's sending him back and she won't see him again. She didn't wish him luck, she couldn't, because her heart was breaking.

21. "My Lonely Angel" heheheh. Although, I suppose for her, and the time she was in, it's probably not quite so campy as it is for us.
22.I like that we'll never know precisely why they got fixated on Reinette. And that the clockwork droids were a bit buggy. So, apparently, I'm missing the end of the episode. Whatever.

It's a bit of a stretch, but maybe not. It could just be the his first time in another timezone/in the future/not on earth.
