ana_grrl writes some very nice stuff. Fluff, angst, humor, almost all gen. And what's related to 'ship is close enough to canon to, well, read like canon. It's lovely stuff, and I'm reccing several things:

1. (Really, one of the best future-past-AU fics I've seen, to date) Multiplicity of Life Season two spoilers, through the end, speculation for season three.

2. Planning, Not Living - Season two spoilers, Sharon and Kara, Helo and Chief, some nice niiiice stuff here that fills in backstory on their friendship.

3. Ficlets:
Earnest - Chief/Helo, vaguely slashy.
(two ficlets)Lists and Focus Billy/Dee (With Mom, OMG AJ READ THIS FICLET), and Kara's in the other, pre-series.
Focus on the Plan - Kara, Helo, on Caprica.
