one day, I'll have a title.
So, there are radio spots for one of the local comic storers -- about free comic day. And, like, their main hook is "Bring the kids! We'll have activities and snacks!" and I'm like, zomg... Don't normalize comics! Until it occured to me that the audience really has gotten old enough that they're all married with children.
Which makes me feel old, a bit.
I found out this week they don't need me anymore. Luckily, downstairs, a different division, does. As, unlike what some people may think, I hate not working, this makes me happy.
I don't love this job, but it's certainly not the worst thing I've ever done. And it's definitely better than constantly getting told I'm not good enough for something.
So I get to move... to an office. No more will my back be to the entire work area. yay.
