Scarf!

*dances* I got a scarf, knitted by the fabulous and talented karma_aster. It is blue and cream and darkblue and matches my jeans and my boots!

(and I went and saw Underworld: Evolution. Selene owns, there is much gore, and, OMG. VERY pretty porn scene. Mmm.)

So is Underworld: Evolution worth seeing even if I thought the first Underworld was kind of stupid?

Well, we both agreed we would have actually paid to see it. Er, there's less "plot" and more "let's hit lots of things". So it's a little mindless, but it's a very pretty kind of mindless. And, well, honestly, I felt the first rather dragged at times. This one really didn't.

Underworld: Evolution = better, worse, or roughly the same level of goodness as the first Underworld, in your opinion?

I liked it better. There's a lot more gore in it, there's not as much plot (kind of a good thing, as the plot made the other one drag slightly). And there's just some incredibly stunning visuals.
