...*Midsomer Murders

*stares at tv* You know, sometimes, I look at the careful, slow movements of Midsomer Murders, and I think it's just a fluffy country thingie.

And then things like a man who takes walks in the morning so his wife can screw people, and he comes back to listen, and she knows he listens, and, and... *flails*

ALSO. If there's a desk FALLING towards you, MOVE.

It's much less painful.

*covers eyes* Oh, poor Troy. He's going to get his heart broken.

He comes back to LISTEN?! Oooh. Kinky!

And methinks from your description that the special effects and suspense was around about the same era as Hitchcock. Just .... not as suspenseful, yes?

yes. *shudder*

It's set in current day, it's just... English countryside, nice people, older people, and, and... So full of corruption.

Hmmm...that sounds kind of kinky and hot at the same time. And I'm disturbed that I'm intrigued by that...

REALLY NOT. ok. er, sorry for the shouting. But it was creepy! I, I have no squick factor, normally, and this squicked me!

Well, yes. I have no desire to ever listen in on or to be listened to in such an event. But I do find the idea intriguing...

And yes, everyone has their different quirks and squicks.

My dad was mistaken twice as John Nettles from Midsomer Murders.
