It's the same fucking kiss. Really. I know it looks different. That's because you first saw it on a TINY MONITOR not your tv. Please stop saying it's a different cut, because it really REALLY doesn't look like it.

(unless Ron "I'm a Pompous Ass" Moore says it's a different one in his GodPodcast, I refuse to believe it)

Possibly because it's the only thing that gets feedback, fic-wise. So, yeah, little bitterness on that.

Mostly because I just DON'T see it. Kara would certainly fuck him, but I highly doubt she thinks of him as more.

It's probably also because I'm so sick of seeing the, "omg, she settled for Zak! And Anders is a Lee substitute!" comments. Because they're utter bullshit.

have to agree. if anybody else watched the stargate episode before it, they had a very short teaser cut of the kiss, and it was pretty much totally different. though I'm quite glad they changed it to what it is, honestly.

Agreed. I thought the final version was just wonderful. It's the tactic that upsets me, not the content.

The kiss that appeared in the show is the same one that ran in the clip on the TV Guide site. However, during SG-1, Sci-Fi ran a quick promo of a different take of the kiss. It was shot from a different angle, much longer, and seemed more impulsive. And I'm a Lee/Laura shipper so it really didn't make much difference to me either way. ;)
