So, I was up early this morning because I had an interview thingie with another staffing company. And lo and behold, bad things occured elsewhere.
It's weird to be on this side of things. Last time, there was this whole patriotic OMG JUSTICE thing going on.
...No, I'm not cynical. Not at all. After all, there aren't any homeless left in America while people spend money on decals and flags and yellow ribbons and fucking magnets.
Interview went well. Lady was nice, she expressed surprise that I hadn't found a position yet, given my flexibility and qualifications (Hello, Ego, it's been a while, hasn't it? *pats*). Unfortunately, they have nothing open until mid-August.
Since we're fucked with me jobless(wonder why */sarcasm*) on rent and things, it's going to be tight.
Have interview with IBM types at Manpower later.
My hair, btw, decided to be completely unmanageable this morning. Like, frizzy and poodly. It was quite irritating. Rar.
