And in the grand scheme of things, if the worst thing you ever hit with a car is a armadillo(who probably hasn't quite realized it's dead yet,)you're doing good.

I hit a cat when I was 16. And I managed to bag Bambi with my car when I was 18. I still grieve for that cat, and mourn my poor car after the unintentional deer hunting experience.
