There are many factors.:) Ideally, I would rather just sleep naked after (though the rest of the time I want a nightgown, albeit, a skimpy-silky one), but sometimes it's cold (cuddling or no:)), then there's that 'what-time-of-the-month-is-it' consideration on the panties thing, or (more often), there's the strong possibility of my kid waking up and jumping in bed with me(us) before I have the chance to regain consciousness and cover vital areas. In which case I will slip something back on if I can find it in the dark...(if I can't, laziness wins out and I perform lightning speed coverage when the footstomps head down the hall:)). TMI or was that a given when you asked the question?:D

I can be totally drained and have limbs like spaghetti noodles and still drag myself out of bed for a shower. I honestly don't understand how people can sleep when sweaty (and if you aren't sweaty, you obviously aren't doing it right). Do you get dressed after sex? No, unless it's a) freezing cold or b) in the middle of the afternoon and we have to get up.

Is it easier to sleep with clothes on? No, unless it's a) freezing cold or b) there are kids around who will come into the bedroom to wake you up for cereal and Saturday morning cartoons. In that case, you throw on something before passing out in an after sex coma.

Or do you prefer sleeping in the nude? Yes. Except when it's freezing cold. (Yeah, I know, there's a theme here...)

Usually one is exhausted and satiated and you can't be bothered to put on clothes unless...wait for it...it's a) freezing cold or b) there are kids in the house that will want to wake you at some ungodly hour for monsters under the bed.

If you don't have kids, then why bother getting dressed? In real life, that is. On t.v., well, that's a different story. I bet RDA and his wife (or is it girlfriend? I can't remember) don't get dressed when the kiddo is off visiting Grandma...

Er, shower is a must. No, am not tired after sex. Not even after an hour and half. *discreetcough* All you people who sleep nude are crazy. My skin is so sensitive that passing air tickles me awake. So, clothes. Then a nap, if time permits or just back to reading.

I don't sleep well in the nude, so I put whatever I wore to bed back on (have to get up to pee anyway, to avoid pesky UTIs). Occasionally I'll be so wiped out that I'll fall asleep before doing that, but I always wake up in the wee hours and have to get dressed before I can fall asleep again.

Female and over 35? Then some things are a given - must do some post-coital maintenance/cleanup (and pee) afterwards to avoid pesky female problems. Sleep in the nude? Not with kids in the house; otherwise, why not?

I always sleep in the nude, unless I have guests over. And even then, there's a 50/50 chance, depending on who the guest is and where exactly they're sleeping.

And, I can't sleep after I've had a shower, so showers are usually recovered in the morning. Unless, of course, as has happened a few times, I'm at the OSO's house, and I must eventually go home, so I shower before I leave.

Generally, my routine is to throw a robe on to head down the hall for bathroom usage and a quick clean up, and plans to shower when I'm not half-dead.
