I am so going to fan-hell...
Jack looked over the rim of his coffee cup to find Sam glaring at him as she'd been since they'd woken up that morning. "What?"
"You didn't make me come last night," she muttered, frowning.
Jack put his coffee down and stared at her for a long moment. "Um...that's because we didn't have sex last night, Carter," he said carefully.
"...what?"
"We didn't have sex," he repeated patiently. "Remember? You stayed late to work on a project and I was asleep by the time you got home."
"But...but I remember us..." she broke off, looking very confused. Jack reached out and placed the back of his hand against her forehead.
"Maybe you should just call in today-" he began.
"I'm fine!" she exclaimed, pushing his hand away. "I just...it must've been a dream."
Jack's hand moved to cup her cheek. "Bad dream, then." He kissed her lightly. "We'll have to make sure you don't have it again tonight."
"Mmm..." she agreed, leaning against him. "Any coffee left?"
