I'm sure it was the only advice you could give me.

Now, I'd like to know why you chose Reflexive Impulse as your target. Aside from the fact that it is obviously over the top, it's really NOT the one that immediately suggests needing a beta reader.

The problem is that it was kind of a pathetic flame. A flame, to me, is full of vitriol and insults. This was just "get a beta reader" (which caused my eyebrows to go up)

Tee hee. I know. I was in this situation once and I'm pretty sure I emailed them back asking for a better flame since the first one fell kind of flat and surely they could do better.
