Siege2: So. They're gonna blow up the city. Well... That's going to be the end of the show. Unlike Blake's 7, Atlantis can't get by without BlakeAtlantis for more than an episode, let alone two entire seasons. So blowing it up? Kind of pointless and show-ending.

Aha! New military commander. *nods* Took a bit to get used to the way he talks, but I think I like 'im.

No, seriously. I had to yell at Shai about this. This new Colonel comes in, has to deal with people who are *immediately* hostile, and has to think on his feet. I actually liked him. I think his insistence that Shep could have saved Sumner was wrong (and actually kind of out of character, or immediately dealt with).

I love the Kara and Adama bits, I love her at the end. I want that woman SO MUCH.

I'm fairly sure his initial scene when he first comes through the Gate? Has been overdubbed. With his own voice, but something was just off. The sound must have sucked on the take they wanted or something.

Meh. He reminded me of myself, first hour of a convention. I've got about seventeen zillion things to do, since I'm usually in the dealer's room and occasionally the art show as well, have to find my people, get a room key (or a room), get stuff settled in DR and AS, and then find my non-roomsharing people...figure out what I want to do that weekend, etc., etc. First hour at a con? Don't talk to me. I'm rude, I'm hyper, and I'm tryin' to get too much done in a short period of time.
